Direct Implementation

When an organization lacks a certain capacity it is, at times, more cost-effective to engage in practical or direct implementation of solutions.

Our primary goal is always to built internal capacity in the organization and increase its resilience. If training is not sufficient or the issue requires greater knowledge and experience we directly engage with the organization (or part of the organization) to implement the necessary solutions.

Our strengths are in designing and implementing organizational change processes and ensuring buy-in by leadership, staff, and stakeholders. We believe in a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches to change. We place great emphasis on the roll-out processes and ensuring programs and changes are sustainable.
